Our appraisers are approved to provide appraisal services to the United States Federal Housing Administration (HUD/FHA) (with credentials based on the  certification criteria issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation) and we approved to provide residential real estate appraisals to the New York State Court, approved by the Chief Administrative Judge.
