New York Real Estate Appraisal and Inspection Services has been providing New York Appraisal Services throughout Westchester County for over 20 years. We are centrally located in Westchester County, in the City of New Rochelle. We have three New York State Certified and Insured Real Estate Appraisers on staff standing by to assist you. Our appraisers are approved to provide appraisal services to the United States Federal Housing Administration (HUD/FHA) (with credentials based on the  certification criteria issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation) and we approved to provide residential real estate appraisals to the New York State Court, approved by the Chief Administrative Judge. All of our New York Appraisers are licensed, certified and insured.
